I offer one on one personal training, group fitness training, and online training. I am committed to meeting and exceeding my client’s expectations. I provide a complete solution to my client’s physical fitness concerns and demands. With a focus on service and your well being, I will be able to provide you with a solid training and wellness coaching experience that you can rely on and feel confident enough to refer friends, family and coworker to me. I will follow through with your goals to make sure I provide you with the tools and motivation necessary to achieve the intended results. I will provide a positive and supportive atmosphere for you to enjoy as a relief from your stressful day. My programs are designed to create a wining situation by allowing you enough time to develop a habit, see tangible results, educate and empower you to continue on. Your goals and progress will be logged in a spreadsheet to keep accurate track and enable me to give continuous feedback. The fitness program will be tailored to you and your specific needs so we can achieve your desired results.

  • The one-on-one personal training option is beneficial because you will get my full and undivided attention for either half an hour to an hour.
  • Group personal training classes offer you a less costly yet very effective fitness option to meet your budget. This will be more suitable if you prefer to work in a group because of the motivation, teamwork and support from the group.
  • Online training is for anyone that would desire my services that live too far to come see me at the gym. I will work closely with you through email and phone coaching calls I will design an effective program you can follow and make the necessary adjustments along the way to ensure you gain the results you are looking for.
  • At sign up, you will receive a gift bag containing essential tools such as measurement chart, reassessments logs, strong and flexible nutrition plans, creative recipes, apparel and success tracker. I will also include before and after pictures to let you see the results as you go. Also, if you have met all the training requirements and have achieved your goals you will get a chance to be featured on my website as client of the month and in my testimonial pages.
